The Modi government has done what the central employees were waiting for. The Union Cabinet has approved productivity and non-productivity linked bonuses for the financial year 2019-20. The government's announcement will benefit 30 lakh, 67 thousand non-gazetted government officials, and employees. The bonus will be credited directly to the employee's account.
