As we have always heard or seen, this number is now the signal at this port. So do you know when the signal of which number is applied? And what the signal means. This information is very interesting. Gujarat is currently facing the threat of a massive hurricane. In this situation, different signals are being given according to the changing situation at sea. Then let us also know what the signal means.

There are 1 to 12 numbers in the signal

Signals 1 to 12 are placed on the harbor due to hurricanes coming from the sea or strong winds blowing along the coast. Based on which the pilot of the boat, steamer, ship in the sea knows how crazy the sea will become. Because of this signal, everyone can understand what the next situation might be. In particular, this is a line language for maritime affairs and maritime transport. This is called a signal. The intensity of the hurricane is expected to increase as the number of signals increases.

Most of the signals up to number 11 are used in India. Sometimes the number 12 signal is applied. In 1946, considering the wind speed, it was decided to keep the signals up to a total of 17 numbers. But most of the time the warning signal is used only up to 12 numbers. In India, only signals up to number 11 are generally used.
