Cut 2 large leaves of aloe vera into round pieces
1 finely chopped green chilli
Teaspoon cumin
1 pinch hing
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tablespoon amchoor
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Aloe Vera Vegetable Recipe
1- Put 2-3 cups of water in a pot, add a pinch of turmeric and salt and let it boil.
2- When water starts boiling, add aloe vera and boil for 8-10 minutes and turn off the gas.
3- Now remove the aloe vera from the water on a plate.
4- Now wash the aloe vera twice with water, which will reduce its bitterness.
5 - Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin, asafoetida, green chilies, turmeric, and red chili powder.

7- After frying for about 1 minute, add salt and mash, and mix.
