Decreased physical activity: It has been observed that women are more active than men. Most of men’s work is sitting. Sitting in an office, driving a car or doing housework, she is not very physically active in any job. This is the leading cause of heart disease in men.

Smoking and alcohol consumption: In countries like India, men are more likely to be smokers or drug addicts. Smoking increases the risk of heart diseases. Women drink less alcohol than men. Therefore, the risk of heart disease in men increases with age.

Low testosterone levels : Low testosterone levels are often associated with your physical ability, but they also increase the risk of heart and type 2 diabetes. Testosterone hormone keeps metabolism good and controls high blood pressure, high sugar and bad cholesterol. In such a situation, low testosterone levels can make you a heart disease patient.
