The risk of heart attack in men increases significantly, the main reason behind this is a lifestyle. However, apart from this, the biological makeup of women and men is also different. In such a situation, different symptoms of the same disease are often seen in the body of both.



In fact men have bigger hearts than women. Its blood vessels are separated into different chambers. A woman’s heart pumps faster than a man’s. In such a situation, when a woman is stressed, her pulse rate increases. On the other hand, when a person is under stress, the arteries of his heart constrict, which increases blood pressure. Decreased physical activity: It has been observed that women are more active than men. Most of men’s work is sitting. Sitting in an office, driving a car or doing housework, she is not very physically active in any job. This is the leading cause of heart disease in men.



High blood pressure problem: High BP problem becomes a major cause of heart attack and stroke. Men and women have different systolic and diastolic BP. Young men have higher systolic blood pressure than young women. Systolic high BP is the biggest cause of high blood pressure in men. This is what causes hypertension.


Smoking and alcohol consumption: In countries like India, men are more likely to be smokers or drug addicts. Smoking increases the risk of heart diseases. Women drink less alcohol than men. Therefore, the risk of heart disease in men increases with age.


Low testosterone levels : Low testosterone levels are often associated with your physical ability, but they also increase the risk of heart and type 2 diabetes. Testosterone hormone keeps metabolism good and controls high blood pressure, high sugar and bad cholesterol. In such a situation, low testosterone levels can make you a heart disease patient.
