Educational Qualification
Manager (Coal Coke & Chemical):
A candidate applying for E-3 post grade should possess BE or B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized Government Institution and seven years of experience in related field. Candidate applying for this post should have maximum age limit of 35 years.
Manager (Civil & Structural):
A candidate applying for E-3 grade post should possess BE or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Government Institution and seven years relevant work experience. Candidate applying for this post should have maximum age limit of 35 years.
Manager (Process, Control & Automation):
A candidate applying for E-3 grade post should possess BE or B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Control, Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized Government Institution with seven years experience in relevant field.
Manager (Electrical):
A candidate applying for E-3 grade post should possess BE or B.Tech degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized Government Institution with seven years experience in relevant field. Candidate applying for this post should have maximum age limit of 35 years.
Manager (Mechanical/U&S):
A candidate applying for E-3 grade post must possess BE or B.Tech degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering from a recognized Government Institution with relevant work experience of seven years. Candidate applying for this post should have maximum age limit of 35 years.
Manager (Technology-Iron & Sinter/Steel/Rolling Mills):
Candidate applying for E-3 grade post should possess BE or B.Tech degree in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized Government Institution with 7 years of relevant work experience. .
Salary Details and Other Benefits:
Candidates selected for the above posts will be paid Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 2,20,000 will be considered for regular posts in grade E-3. Apart from basic pay and industrial DA, they will also be entitled to cafeteria as per company rules, partial provident fund, gratuity as per Gratuity Act, free medical treatment for self and family etc.
Application Fee
General, OBC and EWS category candidates have to pay Rs. 700 has to be paid. On the other hand, SC, ST, PWD and ESM category candidates have to pay Rs 200 as processing fee. Candidates can pay the application fee through various modes of online payment, net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI.
Selection process
Eligible candidates will be selected for the above posts through Written Test (Computer Based Test) or Interview or both.
