Announcement regarding examination regarding direct recruitment of staffers class-3
Commissioner, Health, Medical Services, and Medical Education (TSE), Gandhinagar to fill up the total 2018 vacancies of Staffers Class-3 through direct recruitment through competitive examination (Advertisement No .: COH / 304021/1) HTTP: \\ Online applications have been received on the website ojas.gujarat.gov.in. Pursuant to which the competitive examination for the candidates who have applied will be held on Sunday 20/06/2021 at 11.00 am
It will be held at examination centers in 11 cities from 12.00 noon to 12.30 pm to 12.30 pm. For which the period for downloading the admit card will be from 12.00 hrs on 08/06/2021 to 10.00 hrs on 20/06/2071.
Instruction to the candidates to download the collator
www.gujhealth.gujarat.gov.in. Candidates who are not downloading from the collator website, proof of application, latest passport size photo, and ID proof along with office from 16/06/2021 to 15/06/2021.
The applicant should contact the above office in person during the time (11.00 to 05.00). The collator cannot be downloaded later. Take note of that.

The required instructions for the candidates have to be downloaded from the Ojas website. For which the candidate has to go to the website HTTP: \\ ojas.gujarat.gov.in to download his admission card, attendance form. In which go to Call Letter and click on Preliminary Exam Call Letter. In which the ad is selected "Confirmation No." Then type “Birth Date”. Then click on “Print Call Letter” to get the print of the admission form and bring both the admission form and the attendance form at the time of examination. The attendance form with a photo should be returned to the examination room.
If the photos of the candidates are not clearly visible on the attendance sheet, then the candidates have to bring their latest passport size photo in the attendance sheet and bring it to the examination center. This photo is of the candidate himself.
It must be accompanied by a photo ID to verify it. Candidates are especially asked to see the details of the examination center allotted to you in the admission form.
