You are well informed that every year on the 30th of September, information is gathered in the UDISE form of all the schools having classes 1 to 12 of the state.
From the year 2018-19, UDISE has been expanded and made online UDISE+ (Extended UDISE) by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Under the National Education Policy, 2020, the goal is to achieve 100% Gross Enrollment Ratio from preschool (pre-primary) to secondary by 2030 and to identify dropout children who have left school and bring them back to the education system. In the year 2022-23, all the schools are asked to plan for UDISE information. If a school refuses to provide this information, the BRC of that area. Co.O. and C.R.C. Co.O. The district level has to take necessary action regarding the functioning of UDISE+ keeping the following points in mind.
(1). District MIS Co-ordinator Username of district in UDISE+ online application
And you have to verify the details of your block-wise schools by logging in with the password. (2). District MIS The CO has made a list of operational schools in the academic year 2022-23. In the UDISE+ online application, the details of the schools such as school management, school category and school status (Operational, Close, Merge and Sanctioned but Not Operational) etc. have to be verified and ensured. .
(3). Block MIS CO. Go to User Management in UDISE+ School Management Module by logging in with username and password of his block and go to all Government, Ashram School, Government Granted (Granted), Private School (Non-Granted), Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway. School, Soldier School as well as other central government run
LOGIN ID of schools has to be created. (4). All staff of District Project Office/District Education Officer's office, Taluka staff should be coordinated with CRC Co-ordinator to LOGIN on UDISE+ website and organize training on online filling of UDISE+ form details.
(5). All Government, Ashram School, Government Granted (Granted), Private School (Non-Granted), Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School, Sainik School and other central government run schools from the school level have to make entry in UDISE+ online application. (6). C.R.C. The Co-ordinator has under his control all the Government, Ashram Schools, Model Schools, Model Day Schools, RMSA Schools, Granted (Granted) and Private (Non-Granted), Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, Railway Schools, Sainik Schools and other Central Govt. in schools
The principal and other responsible staff of the school should be present in person and fully understand how to log in and fill the UDISE+ form at the school level.
(7). The CRC Co-ordinator shall ensure that the school completes the online entry of all information in the UDISE+ form within the time limit specified by the State Office. Also, the school has to verify the details filled in the hard copy of the UDISE+ DCF Form filled in the online application by the school in the presence of the school principal, teacher and SMC chairman/member. If any defect is found, it should be immediately brought to the attention of the Acharyashri and rectified. Only then
UDISE+ DCF Form should be taken to the school along with signature-coin of the Principal. However, if any error is found in the information filled, then all the responsibility will be of the CRC Co-ordinator. (8). Filled form C.R.C. Before taking back from level to taluka level BRCCO. All those CRCOs. UDISE+ forms of all the schools under their control have to be certified 100% verified.
(9). All BRCCOs shall personally check 15% of the forms from all the schools in their taluka, if any defect is found then the CRCCO. Draw the attention of that defect has to be removed.
(10), UDISE+ forms of all secondary and higher secondary level schools shall be verified by all staff of District Magistrate, AEI and EI. (11), the co-ordinator of each branch of the entire education office at the district level shall apply to his branch.

VII. The District Alternative Schooling/Access Co.O. has to verify all the details related to the transportation available to the school children, details of residential schools, details of out-of-school children, vocational education in Government and Granted Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools.
VIII. 99% of the information regarding Performance Grading Index (PGI) Ranking from the year 2021-22 is done from the data shown in UDISE+. So all district co-ordinators have to check the details of UDISE indicators covered in Performance Grading Index (PGI).
(12). At the taluka level, the Taluka Primary Education Officer has to verify the details of the establishment and nomination of teachers of government schools, the information of children admitted to private schools under RTE under 25%. (13), District Education Officer and District in all meetings and training programs regarding UDISE+

(14). The cost of training related to UDISE+ will have to be borrowed under the management head in the current year's budget.
All the staff of education should complete the above work within the time limit and the District Education Officer, District Primary Education Officer and the Administrative Officer, realizing the importance of UDISE+ information, should hold a review meeting on the progress of this work every week and review the performance. The online operation of Profile & Facility, Teacher section of schools of the entire district is said to be completed by 10 February, 2023 while the online operation of Student wise Data is said to be completed by 31 March, 2023.
