1. Make gram parathas

Ingredients: 2 cups wheat flour, 1 cup chickpeas, 1 small tomato (finely chopped), 1 large onion (finely chopped), 1 green chilli (finely chopped), 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder , salt as per taste, oil


How to make-

Roast chickpeas in a pan, then add flour to a large bowl, add chickpeas, tomato, onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients and add some water. Mix all the ingredients together and make a dough. Apply a little butter and wrap one piece and then roll on the other side. Heat the frying pan and roast it like a paratha.

2. Instant Pot Chana Masala

Ingredients: 1 cup chickpeas (white or black), 1 tomato (chopped), 1 onion (chopped), 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/ 2 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp oil, 2 cups water, coriander (for garnish)

Preparation: Heat oil in an instant pot then add ginger-garlic paste and cook until half brown. Now add onions and cook till golden. Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt to it and grind the masala after chopping the masala. After this add tomatoes and cook until golden. Add chickpeas and mix well. Then add water and mix well. Close the instant pot and cook on gas for 8-10 minutes. Your instant pot chana masala is ready and serve it hot.
